Refund/Cancellation Policy

Returns policy

In case you’re dissatisfied with your GizmoHelp product purchase, you may seek a refund by requesting a return within 7 days of purchase.

In order for us to process your return efficiently, please do the following:

  1. In order to initiate the return, please write to us at help@gizmohelp.comor call us at +91 9876298763 on or before the 7th day after making the purchase, counting the purchase date as day zero.
  2. After the return request, please send us the following via courier:
    1. Original product packaging
    2. All contents of the product packaging
    3. Original purchase invoice
  3. All the items mentioned above should be sent to the following address within 10 days of the return request:

  1. Upon receiving the product, we’ll check it for completeness within 24 hrs
  2. If the returned package is found complete, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days.
  3. You will be notified by e-mail and SMS about an approval or rejection of your refund request.

The cost of shipping/courier, while returning your product, will be borne by you.

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange the product you’ve already purchased with another GizmoHelp product, please purchase the new product and file a return request for the previously purchased product.

Because a return involves shipping, and is a time consuming process, we will not be able to charge differential pricing for exchanges.

Returns will be processed as per policy.
